Choir
Our choir is currently "at rest" (that's a musical joke!) but we still love our hymns! When you visit us on Sunday, we hope you'll join us in singing loud and proud!
Sunday School
Our kids have grown up, but their teachers are still here with lots of fun activities and stories to share.
Krafter's
Are you “hooked” on needlework? “Chained” to your crochet? Or is knitting the “purl” of your hobbies? Grab your craft and join us every Monday afternoon at 1pm for lively conversation, coffee and the chance to catch up on your latest project (or start a new one!) Drop in any Monday afternoon.
WOW "Women of Worth"
All ladies in the congregation are considered members of WOW, dedicated to helping other women, the ongoing work of the church, community outreach and the continued support of various charities and specific world events.
WOW raises funds for these initiatives by holding our Community Lunch on the fourth Friday of each month. We serve up to 120 people, and it's always a wonderful event filled with good food and good freinds. WOW is women getting together to give of their time and talents to be “a good and faithful servant.”
We meet on the first Wednesday of every month. Please come and check us out!
Bible and Prayer Group
This group is temporarily inactive as we seek new leadership. We hope to be able to meet again, safely and soon.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
This important outreach was started in 1998 for the purpose of providing prayers in a tangible way to those who need it. Shawls are knitted or crocheted to provide comfort, solace and hope. The project starts with a prayer for the recipient, which is carried through the construction process. When completed, the shawl is formally blessed before being presented to someone who may have suffered loss, is under great stress, has given birth, is in mourning, or is celebrating something happy like an upcoming wedding, graduation or milestone birthday.
UCW
Our UCW unit meets the second Wednesday of the month at 1pm here at the church. We also attend Presbyterial meetings, which are great for keeping us connected to units in other churches. We are always happy to welcome more! Please join us and see what we’re all about.
